UGG Comfort Me Australia, understands there may be reasons for returns and offers a 30-day return policy.
Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from purchase date. Customer to return at their own cost for goods not meeting free exchange conditions.
If an incorrect or defective item received, claim must be initiated within 7 days from delivery.
